Are we obligated to long-term contracts? What If I want to downgrade or upgrade?


  • If you would like to upgrade your plan, you can do it at any time. Your account will be upgraded on the spot.

  • Upgrade Process: If you upgrade your plan, you will receive a pro-rated invoice for the remainder of your current billing cycle. The amount to be paid will be the difference between the new plan and your current plan. When the next payment date arrives, you will automatically receive an invoice for the new plan’s full amount.

  • Please note that we do not offer any long-term contracts. Payments are processed upfront, and the minimum commitment is for one month, for any plan. Alternatively, you can opt to pay annually for a full year in advance.

  • You can cancel or downgrade your plan at any time. However, if you decide to cancel or downgrade a plan, you are not entitled to a credit or a pro-rated refund.
